Responsibilities Working an 8/6 roster within the OHS team, the Safety & Training Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and implementing all Health, Safety and Training requirements across the project to meet Redpath and legislative standards. Key responsibilities include: Identifying and driving improvements across safety and training for the project. Coordinating all safety and training activities to ensure adequate resources are available to support operations. Facilitating and completing risk assessments, management of change and associated HSEQ system requirements. Maintaining and developing project-wide training requirements for all positions. Qualifications We are seeking candidates with: Extensive experience in Safety & Training within underground hard rock mining. Tertiary qualification in Occupational Health & Safety (or equivalent). Certificate IV in Training & Assessment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance. Valid manual driver’s licence.
