We are seeking a skilled Data Risk Analyst to join our team. This role will involve driving engagement with key clients and stakeholders to understand business data flows.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating the identification of privacy issues in existing processes, identifying mitigation strategies and potential solutions to reduce ongoing privacy risk.
* Drive engagement with key clients and stakeholders to deeply understand and analyse business data flows.
* Facilitate the identification of privacy issues in existing processes and develop mitigation strategies.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhance privacy practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain clear documentation and records capturing high-level business processes and revised approaches to address privacy concerns.
• Build and maintain excellent professional working relationships with University stakeholders to facilitate rapid implementation of change.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Demonstrated customer service ethos, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
* A keen eye for process improvement and strong negotiation skills.
* Previous experience within a tertiary education environment.
* Resilient in the face of setbacks and challenges.
* Proven experience in business process analysis or design.
