As an Administration Officer- Theatre Bookings you will be required to:
* Work well within a complex team environment
* Provide exceptional customer service
* Manage clerical and administrative responsibilities such as contacting Surgeons rooms and arranging theatre lists
* Maintain accurate and timely patient information, data collection and processing the input of surgical cases while maintaining privacy.
Essential Criteria
* Experience in an acute patient focused Healthcare facility/Hospital
* Demonstrated knowledge of surgical terminology
* Highly developed interpersonal and time management skills with the ability to work in multidisciplinary work environments
* Demonstrated experience with software systems and applications, such as, MS Office, webPAS or other patient management systems
* Certificate in Administration, Business Management or related discipline
Desirable
Diploma level qualification in Administration, Business Management or related discipline (or working towards same)
