We are seeking an enthusiastic customer service focused cashier to join the Domayne Bundall Furniture team. Our Cashiers have an understanding of life at home solutions and a desire to find the best outcome for our customers.
Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service and effective communication with customers and team members.
Assist with replenishing large volumes of stock and maintaining product presentation.
Efficient cash handling and POS operation; support quick and accurate service at checkout.
Assist with Visual Merchandising as needed and maintain store standards.
Resolve customer complaints and make quick, informed decisions to ensure happy customers and timely service.
Be flexible with retail trading hours, including weekends, public holidays and late night trades.
What we require
Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written form.
Motivated, detail-oriented, with a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and in a team environment.
Experience with cash handling and POS is desirable.
Interest in Visual Merchandising.
Ability to handle customer complaints and make timely, accurate decisions.
Demonstrated enthusiasm to learn and grow within the role.
