We're looking for a talented, detail-driven Investments Analyst to join our high-performing investment team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in implementing trades, supporting research, and delivering high-quality reporting across multiple asset classes and portfolios. We're looking for someone who
* Believes in Future Group's mission and has a passion for moving Australia's money out of fossil-fuels and into renewable energy
* Believes in using the power of money to build a sustainable and equitable world
* Holds a bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Finance (minimum) and is a CFA candidate or willing to commence the program.
* Has 1–3 years' experience in a financial setting, with exposure to investment analysis or portfolio implementation.
* Brings proven skills in financial modelling and high proficiency in Excel.
* Demonstrates strong numerical and quantitative aptitude (Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics).
* Has excellent organisational skills and an unwavering attention to detail.
* Can work confidently with complex mathematical concepts and large data sets.
Is presentable, with strong verbal and written presentation abilities.
A typical day as a Investments Analyst, could look like:
* Assisting in the implementation and administration of all trades across assigned asset classes or portfolios.
* Managing data, reports, and dashboards to ensure timely and accurate portfolio information.
* Supporting investment research activities, including market analysis and peer benchmarking.
* Collaborating with colleagues on trading activities, portfolio reviews, and client reporting.
* Liaising with custodians, investment managers, and internal stakeholders to maintain smooth operational processes.
