As a result of our continued growth, LTP Refrigeration, Electrical and Air Conditioning are seeking a licensed Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Mechanic to join our team.
This position is Monday to Friday but may require the successful candidate to be available for some weekend work and travel to regional surrounding areas from time to time.
You will have the opportunity to work with an existing team in the residential, commercial, industrial and construction sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
· Install, service, and repair air conditioning and refrigeration systems
· Fault-finding and diagnostics across a range of systems.
· Ensure all work is completed in compliance with relevant safety standards and regulations.
· Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices.
· Displays strong communication skills for liaising with customers to ensure smooth delivery
· Willingness to train and support apprentices
· Able to work after-hours on occasion
· Able to provide copies of Police Checks, LVR, licenses etc or willing to undertake necessary applications
Qualifications:
· A valid NSW Air Conditioning & Refrigeration License
· Australian Driver's License
· General Construction Induction Card (White Card)

· Commercial Project Experience: Not essential, however previous experience in commercial projects will be preferred. If not, with the right attitude we can help to develop and further your knowledge.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year
