You will work closely with internal teams and external government clients to deliver and maintain robust database solutions.As a Senior Database Administrator in our Digital Services team, you’ll make a positive impact by:Managing the design, implementation, and maintenance of Oracle and MS SQL databasesEnsuring database security, backups, and recovery procedures are in placeMonitoring and improving the performance of Oracle and SQL database serversOverseeing high availability and disaster recovery processesLiaising with external vendors and clients for seamless operationsProviding on-call support and troubleshooting as requiredSerco is a place for youAs this role supports government contracts, Australian citizenship is required.
