Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a positive and energetic attitude to join our highly motivated Sales Team The ideal candidate will be proactive, with a passion for customer service and South Australian business and products. Reporting directly to our Area Manager – FMCG you will be responsible for the sales and promotion of our product range, increasing distributions and ranging, as well as improving product knowledge amongst our supermarket and deli customers.
This role is a permanent full-time position, Monday to Friday, based across our Edinburgh North and Welland offices and on the road visiting current and prospective customers.

Key responsibilities:
* Build & promote the Barossa Fine Foods brands across designated areas achieving agreed sales growth and targets.
* Provide exceptional customer service responding to all customer enquiries in a timely manner.
* Inputting & negotiating customer orders.
* Represent our Company Brands in a positive and proactive manner.
* Provide relevant ongoing product training to new and existing customers.
* Effectively communicate and build relationships with stores and leadership team.
* Develop approaches which are innovative and creative to meet the needs of current and potential customers.
To achieve success in this role, you will need:
* Strong sales drive
* Experience in a sales representative role. *Preferably FMCG*
* Ability to provide exceptional customer service
* High level of motivation and an ability to work autonomously
* Exceptional ability to build relationships and communicate effectively
* Excellent negotiation skills
* Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise
* High level of literacy and comprehension skills
