About the Job:
We are seeking a seasoned marketing expert to lead our marketing strategy and drive showroom traffic, lead generation, and brand engagement. This role involves developing innovative marketing campaigns, managing digital marketing initiatives, and overseeing dealership website performance.
This position requires strong analytical skills to identify marketing trends, ability to analyze marketing and digital media data, and a proven track record in campaign development, execution, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and execute marketing plans to achieve business objectives, including driving showroom traffic, lead generation, and brand engagement.
2. Manage Digital Marketing Initiatives: Oversee social media, email, and SMS marketing campaigns, website content, and online advertising to increase brand visibility and drive customer acquisition.
3. Oversee Dealership Website Performance: Manage dealership website performance, including SEO/SEM, content, and analytics, to ensure optimal online presence.
4. Collaborate with Senior Management: Work closely with senior management to create targeted promotional materials and sales collateral that effectively communicate the value proposition of Mercedes-Benz vehicles and offers.
5. Liaise with External Partners: Liaise with dealership partner agencies, key marketing suppliers, brand sponsors, and ambassadors while maintaining positive stakeholder relationships.
6. Plan and Deliver Events: Plan and deliver memorable dealership and external events, including new product launches and brand activations, to engage customers and enhance brand loyalty.
7. Monitor and Analyze Performance: Prepare, analyze, and present timely reporting used to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
8. Manage Marketing Budgets: Manage marketing budgets, reporting, and performance metrics to ensure effective use of resources.

Requirements:
1. Experience: 3+ years relevant experience in a marketing role, preferably in the automotive industry.
2. Qualifications: Marketing degree or comparable business-related qualification.
3. Digital Advertising: Experience in digital advertising, including META ads & Google ads.
4. Technical Skills: Advanced computer skills, including website creation technology, Google Analytics, eDM platforms, SMS platforms, and CRM Software.
5. Graphic Design: Graphic design experience using Adobe Creative Cloud Suite applications.
6. Microsoft Office: Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
7. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
8. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail with strong proof-reading skills.
9. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to identify marketing trends and analyze marketing and digital media data.
