About the Role :
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, this role supports student engagement and pre-assessment processes for various Asuria Training Programs. The role involves outbound calls to students for pre-assessment and support, ensuring an exceptional customer experience, maintaining student records, and assisting with onboarding within a target-driven environment. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure students receive timely and relevant support during pre-assessment. This is a permanent part-time position, Monday to Friday, 30.4 hours per week, with flexibility to work 5 days part-time or 4 full days.
Requirements :
* Experience in Employment Services or a similar industry is highly regarded.
* Customer service, contact centre, sales, retail, or administration experience is advantageous.
* Certificate level or above in Business Administration and/or Employment Services is beneficial but not essential.
* Exceptional interpersonal skills to engage effectively with all stakeholder groups, especially students.
Mandatory checks include a valid Police Check and Working with Children Check prior to employment. Successful candidates must also set up a myGovID to access government data relevant to the role.
