The Business Development Representative will connect and engage with prospective clients who originate from inbound leads.
They seek new business opportunities by connecting with, and developing relationships with, potential customers and guiding prospective clients throughout the required sales stages.

Sales Cycle Management:
* Conducting regular sales calls and managing deal cycles from discovery through close.
* Managing sales pipelines and identifying areas for improvement.
Client Experience:
* Building rapport with prospective clients and researching clients before outreach and staying on top of industry trends and competitors.
* Delivering exceptional client service and support throughout the sales process.
Collaboration with Team Members:
* Collaborating with team members to promptly respond to high-volume inbound client inquiries.
* Working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals.
Growth and Development:
* Improving individually and as a team, implementing feedback, and becoming acquainted with best practices.
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
Qualifications and Job Requirements
* A bachelor's degree is required.
* 1-3 years of B2B sales experience.
* Software or tech-related sales experience and education are a plus.
* Attentive to client needs and fully available during working hours to take client calls.
* Client-centric and able to work with prospective clients daily.
