About the Role
This position oversees Group-wide safety, health and wellbeing of all personnel and operational worksites.
The successful candidate will manage the Group risk register and lead the HSEQ function ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Foster a culture of safety through engaging training programs and awareness initiatives.
* Lead and mentor the HSEQ team to deliver functional support to the organization's operations.
* Nurture strong relationships with senior managers and the Executive Team to ensure high-level understanding of HSEQ obligations.
* Provide technical support and guidance on safety and risk management to line managers.
