The Child and Adolescent Health Service are seeking dynamic and values-driven individuals to be considered for the role of Social Worker within our Child Development Service team. Bring your passion and commitment and make a difference to those that matter – the next generation.
As a Social Worker, you will provide social work services to consumers. You will undertake clinical assessment of an allocated caseload and contribute as a member to the functioning of a multi-disciplinary team. Your role will plan, coordinate, implement and evaluate social work interventions for children with or at significant risk of developmental delay, in a team context.

About the Child Development Service
The Child Development Service provides multidisciplinary assessment and intervention services to infants, children and young people with developmental delay or difficulties that impact on function, participation and/or the parent-child relationship.
Clinicians adopt a child and family‑centred approach, working in partnership with families to address developmental concerns that are of priority to the family.
Our teams include Clinical Psychologists, Developmental Paediatricians, Nurses, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Social Workers, Speech Pathologists, and other allied health professionals.
The Child Development Service provides services at approximately 18 locations across the metropolitan Perth area, as well as providing home, school and community visits as needed.
