THE OPPORTUNITY
Based at Rosehill Gardens Racecourse, the Logistics Coordinator will join our supportive and dynamic operations team. In this role, you will manage staff to ensure the smooth operation of logistics of the event areas and maintain strong communication with stakeholders.
THE RIGHT FIT
To be successful in the role, the right fit will possess:
* Supervision of event set up with a reputation for quality work performance
* Ability to supervise and improve team performance
* Ability to interpret floor plans
* Basic computer skills
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time appropriately
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Hands on approach. Not only being able to manage and drive the team, but being involved with set-up/pack down
* Strong attention to detail
* Hold a current forklift license or be able and willing to obtain such a license
* Hold a current NSW manual drivers license or be able and willing to obtain such a license
