We're hiring Christmas Experience Team members (our Elves, as we like to call them) across Australia and New Zealand.
You will be the friendly face creating magical moments for all of Santa's visitors as you guide visitors through their experience, sharing the joy of the season from start to finish.
We are looking for a Christmas Experience Team to drive performance at sites in the Mandurah Region.ResponsibilitiesWelcome families and spread Christmas cheerHelp capture magical Santa photosEnsure a fun, stress-free experience (for kids and adults)Work with a tight-knit team to make holiday memories happenProcess and package visitor prints and photo packages with care and attention to detailEnsure every family's photo moment with Santa is top quality, the ultimate keepsake and memory of their Christmas experienceAll training is provided, hours are flexible, and the "office" is magical.Requirements / QualitiesFull of positive vibes and festive energyGreat with people (and pets!) of all agesCool under pressureA team player who loves making people feel welcomeHave or be willing to obtain a Working with Children's ClearanceOur ValuesWe're a team – We've got each other's backs.People-first – We lead with empathy and kindness.Led by care – Everyone should feel seen and valued.Playful with purpose – Fun matters.
