Service Desk Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Specialist to deliver exceptional technical support and incident management services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide Level 2 technical support across Microsoft 365, Windows, and network environments.
* Manage requests and incidents via phone, email, and the service portal.
* Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly, escalating when necessary.
* Maintain clear documentation of all work completed.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support, service desk, or managed service provider environments.
* Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and environments.
* Excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach.
* Australian citizenship or permanent residency, and a valid driver's license.
