More than 4 years of relevant work experience required for this role
Minimum of
10 years' experience in retail
, with proven ability to manage sales performance, customer service standards, and store operations.
Previous experience working in a
dry-cleaning environment
or garment-care industry highly preferred.
Experience managing and supervising a team, including scheduling, training and performance oversight.
Ability to work closely with and report directly to the
Area Manager
, providing updates on store performance, operational needs and customer feedback.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate staff and maintain a high standard of service.
Attention to detail, particularly when handling premium garments, customer orders and operational processes.
Must hold a
valid driver's licence
and be comfortable travelling when required.
