Job Description
We are seeking a high-impact Site Manager to oversee all aspects of dealership operations and lead the team to deliver outstanding results.
This is not just a sales management role — you will be responsible for every function that drives the dealership's success, including procurement strategy, inventory control, lead management, sales process optimisation, and delivery operations.
Your leadership and decisions will directly influence the growth, profitability, and reputation of the dealership.
We're looking for a strategic yet hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

* Oversee lead management and streamline the sales process

Ideal Candidate Profile
* Significant pre-owned vehicle sales management experience with a proven record of success
* Full open driver's licence
* Mature, positive, and proactive mindset with a strong "can-do" attitude
* Willingness to lead as a key member of the management team, working closely with the general management group
* Ability to follow and implement structured sales frameworks (e.g. Road To A Sale) while motivating and supporting the sales team
* Lead by example at all times with exceptional leadership and accountability
* Outstanding presentation skills with a keen eye for detail
* Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a dynamic environment
* Comfortable working autonomously while thriving as part of a collaborative team, leveraging the latest technology
