About your role
people management
* Fulfill the role of the employer for the Randstad temp and permanent workers
* Accompany the Randstad temp and permanent workers in the daily operation
* Execute the performance review and evaluations with the client
* Develop career opportunities for Randstad temp workers
client management
* Develop a long-lasting relationship with the client (s)
* Cooperate with their line manager in increasing the knowledge of the needs of our clients and adjust our services to it
* Develop and maintain Senior Stakeholder relationships onsite
* Establish and maintain an effective contact chain, extend our network within the client
* Participate in planning meetings
What you will need to succeed
We are looking for a driven, outgoing recruitment consultant who is passionate about delivering the best service to partner with both candidates and clients in a consultative style. You'll have a can-do and positive outlook and be able to successfully work with senior client stakeholders.
* Recruitment experience, ideally within an agency environment
* Emphasis on quality recruitment delivery
* Proactive and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
* You like working closely with your team as well as independently
* Experience hitting KPI's
* Resilience
