We have an excitingopportunity for a Business Development & Marketing Co-ordinatorto join our national Business Development, Marketing &Communications team on a 12 month fixed term contract.
Our Business Development,Marketing and Communications team is a national team, with a broadset of skills and experience across client engagement, branding anddesign, bid management, copywriting, event strategy and planning,digital marketing and media relations.
This role will focus onsupporting the marketing and administration requirements of theDirector as well as the national team.
You will be responsiblefor:
* supporting the broad teamon ad hoc business development, marketing and practicedevelopment strategies, and actioning outcomes;
* supporting directory andaward submissions, including managing the recording ofsubmission results;
* creating and updatingmarketing content across the team, including credentials,brochures and CVs;
* supporting marketingactivities with relevant business and industry associations,including events, sponsorships and merchandise /collateral;
* assisting with client,industry or practice specific research;
* working with the ClientSystems team on maintaining the firm's CRM;
* working with the EventsManager and BD team on guest lists for client events, includingRSVPs, dietary requirements and internal networking/BDopportunities; and
* completing administrationrequests such as booking travel and expense and invoiceprocessing.

You will ideally have thefollowing skills and experience:
* tertiary qualificationsin a relevant discipline;
* knowledge of MicrosoftOffice suite
* excellent administrationand organisational skills
* experience working in andsupporting a high-performing team;
* strong attention todetail;
* ability to multi-task,meet tight deadlines and work under pressure;
* ability to workautonomously and interact in a team environment;
* ability to interact atall business levels;
* excellent presentation,written and verbal communication skills.
