The Role As a Team Leader, you will oversee a production team to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality output across daily manufacturing operations.
You'll be the go-to person for your team, supporting them to perform at their best and keep the work environment positive and productive.Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach and motivate a small production team day-to-day
Allocate jobs, monitor workflow and ensure targets are met
Maintain safety standards and support continuous improvement
Train new staff and support skill development across the team
Communicate effectively with Supervisor, Operations Managers and other teams
Support production planning and problem-solving on the floor
Maintain accurate records, basic reporting and quality checks
About You
You're someone who:
Has experience in a manufacturing, production or fast-paced assembly environment
Shows natural leadership, communication and decision-making skills
Enjoys working with people and building strong team relationships
Has a hands-on approach and isn't afraid to jump in and help
Displays strong reliability and follows safety procedures
Is motivated to grow your career with a company that supports emerging leaders
What You'll Bring
Previous experience as a Team Leader, Leading Hand or Senior Operator (ideal but not essential)
A growth mindset and a willingness to build relationships
Strong work ethic, positive attitude and commitment to quality
