What We're Looking For Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
4+ years' experience in Medical/Surgical nursing.
Strong leadership and advocacy skills .
Advanced communication and problem-solving abilities.
Flexibility to work a rotating roster (including evenings, nights, and weekends).
Desirable: Previous experience as a Team Leader or in management.
Post-graduate qualifications or willingness to study.
