Account Manager / 360 Recruitment Consultant
We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Account Manager / 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic Wetherill Park team.
About the Role
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you'll take ownership of end‐to‐end recruitment, client account management, and workforce coordination. This is a fast‐paced and rewarding opportunity for someone who thrives in a people‐focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with existing and prospective clients
* Conduct regular client visits and manage key accounts
* Source, recruit, and manage a reliable external casual workforce
* Maintain and update a diverse candidate database
* Undertake recruitment for both temporary and permanent placements
* Deliver exceptional service and results to clients and candidates alike
* Manage day‐to‐day administrative tasks independently
About You
We're looking for a confident professional with a strong recruitment background and a proactive, can‐do attitude. You'll be a motivated self‐starter who enjoys working both independently and as part of a national team.

Working Hours
This is a full‐time position, predominantly Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm.
