Are you passionate about technology, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional support? TAFE Gippsland is looking for a dedicated ICT Support specialist to join our dynamic team and assist in providing high-quality ICT solutions across our organisation.
What you'll do
* Be the first point of contact for ICT support, managing helpdesk tickets and resolving issues efficiently
* Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, operating systems, and applications for staff and student use
* Identify and resolve technical hardware and software issues, minimising downtime and maintaining user productivity
What we're looking for
* A tech-savvy professional who thrives in problem-solving and fast-paced environments
* Someone who enjoys working with people, has excellent communication skills, and can explain technical concepts in a user-friendly manner
* Someone with experience in ICT support, hardware/software troubleshooting, and system management
* A detail-oriented team player who takes pride in delivering high-quality work
Qualifications and experience
* Qualifications in a post tertiary computer science/ICT qualification: and/or
* Significant experience (5+ years) in a comparable Service Desk position or related ICT role is essential
* Experience providing professional level ICT support, advice and assistance to a diverse group of stakeholders
* Experience working in a dynamic ICT service-oriented role is essential
