What does my day to day look like?
The role of theMultimedia Designerto join our national Marketing team. This role is ideal for a highly motivated designer who can balance both creativity and technical proficiency to deliver exceptional visual communications across print and digital platforms. You will play a key role in enhancing brand consistency and engagement across multiple channels for both B2B and B2C audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and produce a wide range of print materials including catalogues, brochures, flyers, posters, POS displays, packaging and signage, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
* Develop high-impact digital assets for websites, email campaigns, and social media, supporting promotional efforts and brand visibility.
* Create engaging motion graphics and animations for use across digital platforms.
* Supportmarketing initiatives through tailored content development for both trade and consumer markets.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders to understand project objectives and deliver innovative design solutions.
* Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring consistency, timeliness, and high standards of execution and approval flows.
* Lead design projects from concept through to final delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
* Support other designers, encouraging continuous learning and creative development.
* Project management within Monday.com and campaign management within Hubspot.
* Working with suppliers, Marketing and Sales stakeholders to execute projects as required.
What you will bring to the role:
* Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related discipline.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing or B2B or tech environment.
* Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Animate.
* Demonstrated ability to create and edit high-quality motion graphics and animations.
* Experience with 3D design software (e.g. Blender) is desirable.
* Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and ability to prioritise effectively.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* A strong portfolio showcasing diverse creative outputs across both print and digital.
* Ability to work autonomously while thriving in a collaborative team setting.
* Familiarity with HubSpot, including eDM creation and campaign management.
* Experience with Monday.com is advantageous.
