About this role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in assisting our clients to maintain their independence and live their lives to the fullest.
You will be responsible for providing daily support and care to our clients, including assistance with dressing, showering, transfers, cooking and light domestic tasks.

Key responsibilities:
* Assist clients with daily living activities
* Provide emotional support and companionship
* Work collaboratively with other team members
* Ensure client safety and well-being at all times
Requirements:
* Diploma or Certificate III in Individual Support (or working towards)
* Current Working with Children's Check
* Valid First Aid Certification
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
