We're looking for a friendly, engaged, and service-loving barista to join our small-but-mighty team.
Our coffee shops are our front-line of engagement with our customers, and the most tangible representation of both our coffee and our values. Our baristas there are a crucial part of what we do.
We're looking to bring on an enthusiastic, positive, and experienced barista, who'll provide our customers with drinks of an exceptional standard, help our guests with retail purchases, and serve a small menu of bakery items.
This role involves preparing and serving high-quality coffee drinks while ensuring customers receive warm and thoughtful service. Responsibilities also include following directions from the Shop Supervisor, learning about the coffee range, handling deliveries, restocking, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the shop. This role also involves lending a hand to our Roastery team, assisting with packaging preparation, filling, and picking orders.
This role is between 20 and 30 hours per week, includes Saturday work, and is based at our St. Georges Road coffee shop and roastery.
