* Prepare guest welcome packets and VIP reports.
* Provide excellent service to internal customers as appropriate.
* Handle all guest and internal customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.
* Complete the night audit in an efficient and accurate manner.
* Audit Food & Beverage cashiers work and correct discrepancies.
