The Role
You will support asphalt and construction crews on active project sites, working alongside skilled operators and trades to deliver high-quality outcomes.
Key Duties
* Assisting with asphalt lay and spray operations
* Raking, shovelling and spreading asphalt
* Site preparation, clean-ups and material handling
* Supporting plant operators and tradespeople
* Working safely around heavy machinery and traffic-controlled areas
* General construction labouring as requiredMandatory Requirements
* White Card
* Silica Awareness Certificate
* Asbestos Awareness Certificate
* To Be Successful You Will Have
* Previous experience in asphalt, civil or construction labouring
* Strong understanding of site safety and PPE compliance
* Reliable transport and ability to travel to various sites
* Physical fitness and a strong work ethic
