About The Role

* As a leader at TheirCare, you will be responsible for managing your own OSHC service, providing quality before and after school care, and supporting local families through our Holiday Programs.
* Create engaging programs using industry-leading tools to ensure the best possible outcomes for children.
* You will be the face of TheirCare, fostering positive relationships within the school community.
* Mentor a team of educators to develop their skills and advance within the industry.
* Rostering for your service will be supported by your Area Manager.
* Manage compliance documents and other administrative tasks as required.
* Hours: 6.30am - 9.00am & 2.15pm - 6.15pm + 3.5 weekly administration hours (Monday to Friday).


About You

* You are an enthusiastic individual passionate about making a difference in children's lives.
* Excellent communication skills to build strong, positive relationships with colleagues, families, and the wider community.
* Previous experience in the childcare/OSHC industry is preferred but not essential.
* A relevant ACECQA-recognised qualification, such as studies in Teaching, Childcare, or Community Services, is mandatory.
* A valid Employee Working with Children's Check in the relevant state is also required.
* You will need to obtain a valid HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting certification.
* A National Criminal History Check may also be necessary.
