Strategy and Planning Expert
The City of Port Adelaide Enfield seeks a Strategic Partner to drive the development and review of corporate plans, policy initiatives, and strategic management frameworks.
Main Responsibilities:
* Implement and support the Council's Strategic Management Framework.
* Lead the development, review, and delivery of corporate and business plans.
* Manage the 10-year initiative pipeline and annual prioritization process.
* Drive innovation, improvement, and alignment with the Council's Community Vision.
* Develop advocacy tools to translate strategy into action.
The ideal candidate will have tertiary studies in public policy or business management, along with experience in implementing strategy and business planning in complex organizations. Strong knowledge of strategy development, planning frameworks, and project/portfolio management is required.
