About the Role
In this role, you will be part of a team responsible for post-approval lending activities. Your key responsibility will be to prepare loan documentation and implement property settlement processes, ensuring completeness and accuracy. You will also make recommendations for post-approval variations, monitor and progress loan applications, and review Loan Security Valuations. Furthermore, you will respond to client queries, process daily settlements, and maintain data integrity through effective records management.
