Travel to Remote Locations
As part of this role, you may be required to travel to support training delivery in remote and regional areas. High-demand locations include Townsville, Cairns, Thursday Island, and Mount Isa. These placements offer a unique opportunity to make a real difference in communities where skilled health professionals are urgently needed. Travel allowances and additional incentives may apply for these locations.

As a Key Member Of The Teaching And Delivery Team, You Will Contribute To Developing And Delivering Quality Learning Services To a Wide Range Of Clients Through

- Linking with industry, schools, universities, other TAFE and VET providers;
- Maintaining currency with industry practices, workplace delivery and contemporary teaching methodologies and philosophies;
- Working in an environment of change and continuous improvement; and

- First Aid – HLTAID009, HLTAID011, HLTAID012, HLTAID013, HLTAID014, HLTAID015, UETDRRF004
- HLT23221 Cert II Health Support Services
- HLT33115 Cert III Health Services Assistant
- CHC33021 Cert III Individual Support (Ageing / Disability)
- HLT33021 Cert III Allied Health Assistant
- HLT43021 Cert IV Allied Health Assistant
- HLT37315 Cert III Health Administration
- HLT47321 Cert IV Health Administration
- HLT57715 Diploma of Practice Management
- HLT54121 Diploma of Nursing
- be an Enrolled Nursing or Registered Nurse, or Allied Health Professional
- Possession of one of the following training and assessment credentials:
- TAE40122 – Certificate IV in Training and Assessment; or
- TAE40116 – Certificate IV in Training and Assessment; or
- TAE40110 – Certificate IV in Training and Assessment; or
- TAE50122 Diploma of Vocational Education and Training, or its successor; or
- TAE50111 / TAE50116 Diploma of Vocational Education and Training; or
- TAE50211 / TAE50216 – Diploma of Training Design and Development; or
- A secondary teaching qualification and one of the following credentials:
- TAESS00024 VET Delivered to School Students Teacher Enhancement Skill Set or its successor;
- TAESS00011 or TAESS00019 Assessor Skills Set or its successor; or
- Higher level qualification in adult or vocational education (approved by TAFE Queensland).
- Current industry skills directly relevant to the training and assessment being provided.
- Current knowledge and skills in vocational training and learning that informs the training and assessment provided.
- Evidence of undertaking career development in the fields of the knowledge and practice of vocational training, learning and assessment including competency-based training and assessment.
Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
