A bit about your role
The Research & Customer Insights Manager is accountable for undertaking ground-breaking research and delivering Insights that create change in how nbn deliver products and customer services that exceeds customer expectations. The role will see you successfully build and deliver a portfolio which understands, as well as goes above and beyond the needs of internal & external stakeholders while ensuring quality, accurate, timely and actionable research is delivered for stakeholders and for senior leadership.
As the Research & Customer Insights Manager you will develop and grow strong relationships across multiple internal and external stakeholders, and strong and efficient working relationships with external research partners. The role's goal is to evolve the organisational understanding of insights and levers to driver better customer outcomes.
Lastly, the role is responsible for developing best practice methodologies and leading analysis & reporting, resulting in deep and actionable research for nbn and the industry. Developing, delivering, and working across a variety of Research programs including quantitative tracking studies, voice of customer programs, ad-hoc program Research, qualitative Research and Driver modelling.
A bit about you
To be successful in the role of Research & Customer Insights Manager you will need to be conversant in a broad range of research methodologies and techniques with extensive experience in quantitative, qualitative and advanced research techniques.
In conclusion, the Research and Customer Insights Manager will work independently and proactively manage multiple projects simultaneously, while being flexible and able to respond quickly to changing needs and environments.
