The role of Client Service Professional is instrumental in delivering top-notch support to clients and customers, ensuring exceptional service through diligent sales administration.
Main Responsibilities
* Playing a pivotal role in client renewals and retention, supporting the existing client base while building strong relationships.
* Managing incoming and outgoing calls and email correspondence effectively.
* Identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximise client value.
* Providing prompt and accurate responses to client and insurer inquiries.
* Meticulously documenting all call interactions and ensuring that follow-up actions are directed to the right recipients.
* Conducting daily follow-ups on documentation from clients and insurers.
* Supporting a senior broker with high net worth clients.
* Handling invoice reconciliation efficiently.
* Assisting with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
About You
* Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role, preferably within the insurance or customer-focused sector.
* Willingness to complete the Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification within your first six months (fully supported by the business).
* Demonstrates professionalism, excellent communication skills and a proactive nature.
* Exceptional organisational abilities and the skill to manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Strong interpersonal skills, a natural ability to build relationships, and an enthusiastic personality.
* Problem-solving skills to adeptly handle client inquiries.
