Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the main duties, but are not limited to:
- Maintaining and building customer relationships by providing outstanding customer service, daily.
- Providing basic technical, troubleshooting support
- Responding to general queries related to products, pricing and availability
- Assistance on any ad-hoc administrative and customer service duties
**The Successful Applicant**:
Experience with CRM systems is desirable.
