Leadership Role: Deputy Chief Executive Officer
The ideal candidate will have senior executive experience and the ability to drive strategic planning, reform programs, and initiatives across various portfolios.
* Develop and implement strategic priorities and reform agendas, including service commissioning in children and families, domestic and family violence, homelessness, and emergency response and recovery.
* Oversee fiscal oversight, quality assurance, legal, and enabling functions to deliver high-quality services and develop strategies for local communities.
* Lead governance, assurance, and continuous improvement activities to enable evidence-based frontline services.
* Implement strategic programs, policies, and reform initiatives, providing high-level strategic advice to senior stakeholders on program strategies, performance, and reform.
Requirements:
* Proven success leading large teams in complex environments.
* Experience in workforce development and fiscal management.
* Strong understanding of current and emerging social, economic, and policy issues impacting the region.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build organisational capability and ensure responsive change management.
