Position: PSS (Product Sales Specialist) Leader – BizSol Location: Sydney, Australia The PSS (Product Sales Specialist) Leader – BizSol will be a senior leadership role within HCLSoftware’s fast-growing $1.4B enterprise software business. This role will focus on driving growth of HCL’s BizSol portfolio — Unica (IntelliService CMM), HCL Commerce, HCL Discover, and HCL Quest — across Australia and New Zealand (ANZ).The PSS Leader will manage and scale a team of Product Sales Specialists, working closely with Clients, Resellers, Technical Advisors, HCL Client Success teams, and HCL Channel teams. You will be responsible for positioning BizSol solutions to enterprise and public sector customers, driving revenue growth, and ensuring customer success.Core Responsibilities:Exceed assigned team targets for new software sales, renewals, and services.Lead, coach, and manage a team of BizSol Product Sales Specialists.Own and manage the sales cycle from demand creation to closure, including post-sales collaboration with Client Success teams.Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for the Unica, Commerce, Discover, and Quest portfolio in Australia and New Zealand.Present BizSol’s unique business value, competitive differentiators, and client success stories.Collaborate with regional marketing, channel, and demand-generation teams to build pipeline.Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers (CXOs, Marketing Leaders, Digital/Commerce Leaders, IT Procurement).Support Client Directors and Partner teams on opportunities, ensuring alignment with customer needs.Represent HCL BizSol at local industry conferences, seminars, and user group meetings.Provide accurate forecasting, pipeline visibility, and sales reporting.Conduct market research on digital experience, commerce, and marketing technology trends in the ANZ region.Provide feedback to global BizSol leadership to strengthen product positioning and regional execution.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s/Undergraduate degree required; MBA preferred.12–15 years of proven sales leadership experience in enterprise software, ideally in Marketing Automation, Customer Experience, Digital Commerce, or Analytics solutions.Proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams and exceeding revenue targets.Deep understanding of the ANZ enterprise software market with strong local customer and partner networks.Experience engaging with C-suite stakeholders in Marketing, Digital Commerce, Customer Experience, and IT functions.Strong consultative selling and ability to position BizSol stack against competitor offerings (Adobe, Salesforce, Oracle, SAP, etc.).Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Willingness to travel across Australia and New Zealand (~30–40%).
