About the Role

The role of the Logistics Administrator is to administer logistical support services for the Radlink logistics department. This includes conducting administrative activities to ensure timely delivery of supplies, liaison with internal Radlink Departments and at times, external Radlink Customers, producing accurate purchasing and receipting documentation, and closely monitoring purchase orders and inventory supplies status. The Administrator ensures that supplies are received in time to maintain company schedules and meet customer expectations and proactively communicates any delays.

Skills and Experience

To be successful in this position, you\'ll bring:

Minimum 12mth experience in Administrative Support

Experience in logistics or supply chain environment (Preferred)

Experience in basic logistics activities like coordinating shipments, managing inventory, and maintaining meticulous records

Experience in administrative purchasing

Experience in a Sales Office and/or Projects Support environments or in a team that manages or supports Sales or Project Department

And...you\'ll have:

Qualification in Administration (Business Support)

Entry level knowledge in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems

Provan ability to plan and coordinate activities to meet strict timeframes

Good oral and written communication skills, including researching, report writing and correspondence

Positive attitude towards continuous learning and development

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Sound interpersonal skills and ability to effectively liaise with others

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Other Criteria:

Eligibility to work in Australia

Current C-Class Drivers\' License
