What You'll Be Doing
In this role, you'll be:
* Planning and developing personalised leisure activitiesthat reflect residents' preferences and needs.
* Providing guidance to residents and their families,ensuring the best possible support for their lifestylechoices.
* Ensuring a varied and inclusive program that accommodatesall levels of ability and encourages participation.
* Promoting social and physical engagement, helping residentsmaintain optimal function and independence.
* Participating in team meetings and contributing to ongoingquality improvements and staff development.

What You Bring to the Role
We're looking for someone who has:
* A relevant qualification (Certificate III or IV) orexperience in recreational services.
* Extensive experience in a Lifestyle or Diversional Therapyrole, particularly within aged care.
* A sound understanding of the needs and preferences ofelderly residents, including cognitive decline and physicaldisabilities.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to workindependently and as part of a team.
* A current SA Driver's Licence and DHS NDIS WorkerScreening Check (essential).
