About the Role
The Corporate Store Coordinator is responsible for training, mentoring, and developing team members across our Corporate bakery cafés, ensuring the Banjo's experience is consistently delivered in every store.
Working closely with Store Managers, this role drives operational excellence, supports store performance, and provides hands‑on guidance to strengthen customer service, product quality, and financial results.
Key Responsibilities
* Visit stores regularly to assess service, product quality, compliance and operational standards
* Coach and develop Store Managers to lift leadership capabilities and team performance.
* Support recruitment, onboarding, training and performance management
* Review and optimise labour scheduling, stock management, ordering and waste controls
* Analyse KPIs and P&L performance to support stores in achieving targets
* Deliver training programs across customer service, food handling, operational standards and new systems
About You
* Strong leadership, coaching and communication skills
* Confidence analysing financials, KPIs & operational reports
* Ability to train, mentor and influence teams across multiple sites
* Proactive and organised
* Hold a current driver's license and able to travel intrastate frequently
