This is a fantastic chance to join a leading team based in Sydney, specializing in transactions across the capital spectrum for international and domestic clients.
The team has extensive experience advising on deals involving banks, global and local private equity sponsors, private credit, listed entities, and developers. With multiple partners currently based in the Sydney office, we have one of the largest real estate finance practices in the city, covering every sector of financings including direct real estate acquisitions, constructions, public/private M&A opportunities, and credit fund work.
Candidates are expected to have 3+ years PQE in real estate finance, gained at a top-tier law firm either in Australia or overseas (all Commonwealth jurisdictions considered). They will be working across all Real Estate Finance sectors or in a particular field if that is a focus for them.
