About the Role:
As a Senior Social Worker, you will bring advanced clinical skills and strong professional leadership to the development, delivery, and continuous enhancement of high-quality Social Work services. Working within a multidisciplinary environment, you will provide complex clinical care, consultancy, and support to clients across the region while upholding best-practice standards.
You will play a key leadership role by mentoring and clinically supervising less experienced Social Workers, supporting the development of staff and students, and contributing actively to the RMCLHN Social Workers Network and the Riverland Mallee Coorong Regional Social Work Network.
This role also includes holding a portfolio on behalf of Country Health SA, where you will drive service improvement initiatives, represent RMCLHN on relevant committees, and may oversee or contribute to associated projects. Collaboration with Allied Health Clinical Seniors, team members, and key stakeholders is central to success in this position.
What We're Looking For:
* Must hold a recognised qualification within the Social Work profession and be eligible for full membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW).
* As a self-regulated profession, it is desirable to participate in the AASW Continuing Professional Education (CPE) Accreditation program.

This is a part time vacancy, working 67.5 hours per fortnight and salary will be adjusted according to actual hours worked.
