Overview
Goodstart Bendigo is seeking a full‐time Early Childhood Educator to work in our Toddler room. The position offers competitive pay ($33.83–$38.10 per hour), a 38‐hour week, and a supportive, inclusive environment aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
Responsibilities
You will work with Senior Educators and the Educational Leader to design, implement, and assess learning programs for children in a safe, inclusive setting. Key duties include creating engaging activities, maintaining a clean environment, monitoring child development, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and collaborating with families.
Qualifications
* Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
* Current Victoria Working with Children Check
