WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
* Regular reconciliations ensuring integrity and timeliness of project financial data
* Champion improvements to accounts receivable, procure to pay, payroll and job reporting
* Develop the ERP software to effectively maintain project analysis
* Assist with EOM and EOFY processes and reporting where required
* AR & AP functions as required
* Project and Cost Administration
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
* Intellectual curiosity, proactiveness, willingness to learn
* Experience within construction or another complex industry
* Experience in analytical or commercial role with exposure to financial analysis, cost control and/or systems accounting
* Ability to use financial systems; Viewpoint Jobpac, Excel, PowerBI particularly advantageous
* Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
* Minimum 2 years Management Accounting / Systems Accounting experience
* Tertiary qualification in a related field e.g., accounting, finance, business
* Experience using Viewpoint Jobpac or similar ERP system
