Customer Service Professional
This position combines customer service, data entry and general administration to ensure excellent service to customers and accurate order processing.
The role involves receiving and processing customer orders via phone, email and web-store, with accuracy and efficiency. Effective communication and problem-solving within the team and with other departments is essential.
* Accurate and efficient data entry into software systems.
* Compiling and distributing documentation including picking slips, substitutions/unavailable stock, invoices and credits.
Prior experience providing administration and/or customer service support in a similar environment is required. Proficiency with technology, particularly Microsoft Office and database software/programs, is also necessary. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding attention to detail, time-management skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
