Your role
Responsibilities
* Design user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals using Figma.
* Support the Senior UI/UX Designer in optimizing existing interfaces.
* Design features and improvements from concept to implementation, collaborating with other teams.
* Conduct usability testing to validate design decisions.
* Adhere to and maintain DroneShield’s design system and UI standards.
* Interpret detailed briefs to deliver intuitive, user-centric solutions, iterating on designs based on feedback.
* Maintain strong attention to detail and user experience throughout the design lifecycle.
* Manage timelines and priorities in an agile environment, balancing ad-hoc requests while maintaining high-quality output.
* Familiarity with accessibility standards and guidelines.
About you
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a UI/UX design-related field, or equivalent practical experience.
* Proficiency in Figma and UI/UX design best practices.
* Strong conceptual thinking, interaction, and visual design skills.
* Ability to work independently and simultaneously manage multiple projects.
* Experience in Agile/Scrum workflows.
* Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to justify design decisions and advocate for user needs.
* Knowledge of website design and/or front-end web development.
