Key Responsibilities
* Design, plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons across the Maths curriculum for Key Stage 3 – 5.
* Develop and implement inspiring learning activities suitable for various age and ability ranges, personalising learning to meet individual needs.
* Manage classroom behaviour, particularly of learners with complex needs in a SEMH environment.
* Collaborate with colleagues to support student learning and progress.
Qualifications & Experience
* A DfE recognised and relevant teaching qualification.
* Secure knowledge and understanding of the Maths curriculum across all key stages.
* Evidence of excellent classroom practice and lesson planning skills.
* Experience working with students with complex needs, including ASD and learning difficulties.
* Good written communication skills.
* Comprehensive, ongoing professional development and training.
