In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounts, finance, and payroll activities for multiple entities, ensuring accurate and timely financial information is provided to stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and payroll, with experience in managing complex financial systems and processes. They will also possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of accountants and payroll specialists.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
2. Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
3. Develop and implement effective financial strategies to optimize financial performance and minimize risk.
4. Provide guidance and support to employees on financial matters, including payroll, benefits, and employee expenses.
5. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including tax laws, employment laws, and industry standards.
6. Analyze financial data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
7. Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.
Requirements:
* Diploma of Accounting or equivalent qualification.
* 5 years' experience in accounting and payroll management.
* Strong knowledge of accounting software, including Xero.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
