Business Process Analyst
This role offers the opportunity to apply business analysis skills and expertise in a dynamic environment. The Business Process Analyst will play a key part in driving digital transformation from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process Mapping: Collaborate with stakeholders to map current and future-state processes, working closely with developers and other analysts to bridge gaps.
* System Transition Support: Play a central role in migrating from legacy systems to Microsoft Dynamics, capturing requirements, identifying gaps, and facilitating end-to-end change.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Elicit and validate requirements proactively, even with limited business access, ensuring the system reflects operational needs.
* User Training & Documentation: Create training materials, facilitate sessions, and ensure knowledge transfer across teams.
* Level 3 Support & Ticket Analysis: Investigate system issues, analyze support tickets, and define functional change requirements to support development and troubleshooting.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with developers, support teams, and other analysts to ensure delivery of business value.
Key Skills & Tools:
* Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Visio
* Proficient in business process mapping techniques and tools
* Experience supporting CRM migrations or working with Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage
